Joyce & Joel Covid Wedding 

When couples think about their big day, nobody ever imagines that a global pandemic will rearrange all of their wedding day plans. Joyce and Joel had planned for a June 2020 wedding at Surf Club on the Sound in New Rochelle, but due to the pandemic, the venue would not be open. As a result, they had to majorly cut down on their guest list and find a new venue to accommodate their socially distanced wedding. We started the day by getting ready at Joyce’s house with her bridesmaids then went to a nearby park for their first look and portraits. Then we drove over to First Presbyterian Church of Mineola for their ceremony, where Chick-fil-a provided catering after the ceremony. You win some, you lose some…but I’d say Chick-fil-a after a wedding is a pretty big win(:
